On this interview are discussing an amazing document that the association published around audit guidelines for supply chains. This document is available on the association’s website.
The document is about 28 pages long and covers many topics. The most important part of the document for me are the 59 “Supply Chain Data Governance Audit Questions”. These questions apply not only in supply chains, but in many other industries. Answering them ensures that you properly understand what role data plays in your organisation. Data strategy is a well-known passion of mine, and I believe that any organisation, from startups to bigger companies, can benefit from it.
