The Decision Maker’s Handbook to Data Science has been a book I am particularly proud of. It is the culmination of years of work in data science, working with decision makers of all sorts, from small to big companies.
The book has been largely based on my workshops I’ve done with the Tesseract Academy and covers topics such as:
- Data/AI strategy.
- Understanding machine learning, from a decision maker’s perspective.
- Thinking like a data scientist, without being one.
- History of data science.
- How to hire and manage a data science team.
- Building the right culture for data science.
The second edition of the book is published by Apress and contains additional content and improved graphics compared to the first version.
If you are a decision maker of any kind, from a CEO to a manager, I am sure you will find it useful. Feel free to reach out to me with any comments or questions.
The book is available by Apress and Amazon.
